bonding through empathy: compassion

This module is about exposing both the overt and covert judgments that we have become all too comfortable with making.  We will spend time unearthing some our most common judgments as they relate to our feelings about ourselves, other people, relationships, and our ideas about conflict. Simultaneously, we will discuss how compassion, the emotional language of Source, can act as a spiritual barrier toward judgmental thoughts and actions.
